Behavior Change
"...when programs are grounded in behavior theory... they are more likely to improve a worker's health and performance" - Goetzel and Ozminkowski, 2008
Poor behaviors are driving your costs, so it makes sense that sustained improvements in behavior form the foundation for your change in outcomes and positive return.
The large majority or programs in the market are either not comprehensive enough to achieve long-term change, or do not effectively reach those employees who need them the most. Our programs are specifically designed to reach the employees at the critical, earlier stages of change, and to consistently follow up with them in order to facilitate progressive change.
It has been well demonstrated that single-targeted or stand alone approaches to health promotion are not effective in the long-term. When looking at behavior-based interventions, it is important for a provider to demonstrate an ability to apply the science to your real-world workplace setting.
HbD International has spent the last decade training our experienced team the science of behavior change and developing effective methods at applying this science in the most effective way.
The result is a track record of wide reaching, population change that has a genuine impact on the health and safety risk behaviors of our client workforce.
Average measurable positive behavior change from 50-70% of our client's total work populations.
