HbD International is a subsidiary of Health by Design Pty Ltd which was founded in Australia over 17 years ago and has since grown to become one of Australia's largest and most recognized corporate health, wellness and injury prevention specialists.

 

Our program methodologies come from a mix of behavioral theory which is both adaptable and scalable, meaning we have the capability to work with both smaller and larger organizations. All of our program material is designed and delivered by us - no outsourcing. This allows program content and delivery to be designed, customized and branded to best suit the culture, work environment and needs of the employee groups we service.

 

Success in Australia with large, multi-national organizations over the past decade has led to organic growth. We progressively expanded nationally and internationally from our base in Melbourne, Australia as demand for our award winning, global best-practice programs spread.

 

Currently we operate in several countries including Australia, New Zealand and areas of the Asia Pacific, North America and the UK. Operations in new countries are occurring as demand requires with our program management capabilities and implementation strategy allowing us to provide clients with programs on a global scale if they desire.
